The name of TRUST herein formed shall be known and called as “JAMIA EDUCATIONAL TRUST (JET)”

The registered office of the TURST was registered at No.16/49A, First Floor, Jamia Masjid, First Agraharam, Salem – 636 001 and presently functioning at 11, Udayappa Colony Main Road, Second Floor, Opp Govt District Library, Salem – 636 007.

• Medical benefits to the general public
• Relief to the poor
• Preservation of environment

The trust hereby formed is a Public charitable Trust carrying on the activities as defined in section 2(15) of the Income Tax Act 1961 or any other law for the time being in Force.

This trust is a Public Charitable trust in the interest of General Public. The benefits of the trust are for the general public irrespective of the Religion, caste and sex.

The Founders and Authors of the trust hereby irrevocably and permanently set apart in favour of JAMIA EDUCATIONAL TRUST a sum of Rs.11,000/- (Rupees Eleven thousand only) to form the initial corpus of the said TRUST, for the purpose as stated above. At present there is no movable or immovable property other than the initial amount of Rs.11,000/- contributed by the authors of the trust.
